Remote Online Notary (RON): is the act of performing notarial acts using communication technology. Using audio and video elements, we can provide notary to our clients through the internet in the convenience of the clients own home, office or on the go.

*We will NOT perform a RON session if the client is currently driving*

Through the use of video conferencing technology we are able to provide the following notarial acts:

  • Taking an acknowledgment

  • Taking a verification on oath or affirmation

  • Witnessing or Attesting a signature

  • Certifying or Attesting a copy

  • Certifying that an event has occurred or an act performed
